Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days ($8, free over $65); Express takes 1–3 business days ($15).

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the US only.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened skincare and bath products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at shopbornsoftco@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you right away.

Products

Are your skincare products safe for newborns?
Our baby line is formulated with gentle, natural, organic ingredients. As with any new product, we recommend a small patch test first and checking with your pediatrician if your baby has sensitive skin or a skin condition.

What are your textiles made of?
Most of our clothing, swaddles, and blankets are 100% bamboo muslin or organic cotton — breathable, temperature-regulating, and incredibly soft.

How do I wash bamboo clothing?
Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to keep the fabric soft.

Are your wooden toys safe?
Our wooden toys are crafted from solid wood with non-toxic finishes. Always follow the age recommendation on each product and supervise play.
