Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates (United States)
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 (3–7 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $65
- Express Shipping — $15.00 (1–3 business days)
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping soon.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at shopbornsoftco@gmail.com and we'll track it down or make it right.
