Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $65
- Express Shipping — $15.00 · 1–3 business days
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, bath, and bodycare products can't be returned. Damaged or defective items are always eligible for a replacement or refund.
To start a return, email shopbornsoftco@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
